Who we are:
Hi there! We, Kikimora Labs, are an international team with headquarters in Switzerland. Our team consists of highly qualified developers and specialists from, Switzerland, Portugal, the Czech Republic, Russia, Ukraine. We make state-of-the-art solutions in fintech, decentralized finances (DeFi), and GameFi (play-to-earn on-chain games).
This job posting is to find a marketing team leader at NearPay — an innovative neo-bank built on top of the NEAR Protocol blockchain (with support from academics and a huge community of over 100,000 developers and scientists)
What you need to be successful
Track record of building and growing marketing.
Soft-skills:
• Love to work independently but also work well with a broader team and multiple departments. You are creative, organized, self-motivated.
• Interest in blockchain and cryptocurrencies, DeFi, GameFi, NFT (you must have experience of using cryptocurrencies)
• 5+ years of experience, worked in a fast-paced growth environment or had previous entrepreneurial experience
• Thinking outside-of-the-box combined with data-driven decision making to identify new growth opportunities and prove what works and what doesn’t
Hard-skills:
• Manage the paid social marketing plans and budgets across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and other social media networks.
• Analyzing campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and business recommendations
• Drive global social media channel and PR activities that grow our follower base and their engagement with our brand and business
• Project managing all activity and processes required to proficiently run and create campaigns
• Experience in creating partnerships with third-party companies to launch B2B services
• Excellent people and relationship-building skills, across all seniority levels (partners and employees)
• You have flawless English language ability with outstanding communication & presentation skills
Would be a bonus: Knowledge of foreign languages and experience in the crypto-business.
In this role, you will:
• Act as the team’s chief operator responsible for the daily marketing operation and scaling team working closely with Heads, C-Level, Founders
• Managing relationships with new and existing partners, finding the best partners in the market, then negotiating and securing contracts with them
• Own marketing budget planning, forecasting & spend tracking in collaboration with Finance
• Drive strategic projects and processes as required on an ad-hoc basis
• Coming up with new ideas and working closely with the Business Product team
Please note, this role will be based remotely.
We also support hybrid working from our offices in Portugal
