We are looking for a Financial partner to help our FX technology team grow and develop productively.
Role Overview:
- Supporting the FX Technology group, this role will be within the FX Tech Business Office and will be accountable for the following responsibilities:
- Participate in budget process - work with Chief of Staff office and Technology Managers to establish the budget for our Book of Work and forecast the same in Citi systems such as PTS-W
- Own the monthly Blue dollar financial forecast/accruals – adjust forecast as necessary adapting to changing business requirements and priorities, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Manage financials forecasts such as Cash, Cap Credits and PNL to ensure FX Tech are within targets
- Support Tech Leads with headcount management, resource planning and execution of location strategy. Accountable to the FX tech overall headcount forecast
- Provide reports and analyses to senior managers to identify savings/re-balancing opportunities and support for strategic planning.
- Adhoc management requests such as financial updates, variance analysis, contract reports
- Promote process improvement in all areas involved; Create and maintain process standards/ methodologies and best practices. Identify Automation/efficiency opportunities where possible
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:
- Significant experience in a financial services role
- Communications or marketing experience preferred
- Demonstrated working knowledge of financial services industry
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Master’s degree preferred
