We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist for the world's most famous brand of digital devices (smartphones, headphones, smart watches, computers, laptops).
Key responsibilities:
- Solve problems related to customer devices
- Troubleshoot mobile technology, equipment and system problems while educating the customer on support options and steps being taken to resolve the issue
- Exercise patience and empathy to communicate with upset customers and help resolve their concerns to their satisfaction
- Proactively understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions to maintain high customer satisfaction
- Work with the database
Qualification and skills:
- Native Russian, English B2-C1 level
- Multi-tasker with a drive to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy and dynamic environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of mobile gadgets, software, PC, desire to develop in technical field
