Our client, foreign bank is looking for Information Security Officer / Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• IT Security and Coordination with Head Office:

1. Implement and maintain security and contingency standards defined by the group and produce regular KPIs related to local set up
2. In close cooperation with Legal & Compliance Department, follow up new regulations and implement actions plan when necessary to ensure the bank is fully compliant with Russian regulation
3. Maintain the local IT security policy
4. Ensure local coordination of all HO ISEC (Information, Security and Contingency) campaigns
5. Initiates and coordinates information security risks analysis associated with the introduction of new information systems and products
6. Perform IT Security controls
7. Controls access rights to the information systems of the Bank

• Project management: acts as Project Manager on some projects in order to:

1. for local projects, organization of the governance, follow-up of the planning, support of methodology to local participants of the project, support for definition of specifications, test plans and coordination between Business and Support functions (IT, operations, finance, etc.)
2. for transversal or global projects in liaison with Head Office teams, represent and coordinate Business and Support functions

Requirements:

• Over 5-years Experience in Information security (banking sector)

• Fluent in English

• Familiar with Information Security requirements and additional education according to the program approved by FSB (500 hours)

• Experience or interest in project management

• Good understanding of main IT tools, Operations and Finance workflows

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
