We are looking for Junior analyst to join our FP&A team:
- We are looking for proactive goal-oriented junior who will join our digital journey in Finance as well as support our double digit growth in Power Product business.
- You will work in Finance team of SE, which is a driver of excellence in our internal processes.
- Our Mid-term goal is to switch our mindset of data expertise to real data-driven decision-making.
What will you be responsible for?
- Assist to Finance Business Partner in quarterly forecast process and help to migrate current process in digital tools.
- Analysis of Discount
- Support to Finance Business Partner for Front log estimation – to maintain pipeline data
- Assist to analyze actual P&L performance vs LY vs FCST (orders, sales, GM) to FP&A head and Finance Business partner
- Support in Monthly closing activities & Prepare monthly dashboard based on HFM (Management information system)
- Able to simulate scenarios/ Analysis of change and models to anticipate business performance.
- Contribute in specific projects and Other Ad-Hoc analysis to support business needs.
- Standardize of monthly dashboards/ reporting, contribution in development of new tools, increase automation of processes and deliver efficiencies.
- Stakeholder management: Business partners/ accounting/ Other teams.
What will help you to be successful?
- Finance/Economics/Math degree or last year student
- Ability to analyze, structure large volume data, storytelling and bring new ideas.
- Advance MS Excel skills, and Tableau Knowledge is a plus.
- Digital Mindset is key for success in this role
- Candidate should have result driven, ownership mindset and a Strong team player.
- English knowledge intermediate + level.
