THE ROLE

The main purpose of the role is to drive in-store and online sales of our bright brands like Wella & Londa in Retail Hair business. Are you creative and structured at the same time? Then it's an excellent opportunity for you!

Reporting to: Trade Marketing Leader of Category, Wella, Retail Hair

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop TM, channel and category management strategies for NAs and Ecommerce channels aligned with the brand strategy;
  • Own Ecommerce strategy based on global guidelines in order to enable the organization and key customers to drive more sales on-line;
  • Manage projects in Ecommerce in order to implement brand strategy and to leverage data insights;
  • Localize TM plan for Russian NAs & Ecommerce channels (pure players, Brick&Click) based on global guidelines;
  • Develop and implement Master Plan and TM calendars for leading NAs & Ecommerce key customers;

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure company Ecommerce goals are achieved resulting in profitable sales growth;

  • Perform market performance analysis and best practices implementation;

  • Lead initiatives scorecard, provide inputs on initiatives forecast and ensure tracking;

  • Develop & monitor execution of Ecommerce plan for new product launches at key customer level, manage resources;

  • Manage national promo GtN budget;

  • Enable sales team to deliver superior presence for initiatives and brands presentation in-store;

  • Plan and execute in-store activations (Client day, BUY&GET, promo mechanics etc);

  • Act as the key contact between marketing, sales teams & customers;

  • Brand in-store fundamentals tracking & improvement with NAs customers:

  1. Planograms creation & deployment for all NAs channels;
  2. Key in-store metrics tracking (distribution, product, pricing, shelf share), interventions planning & execution with Sales team;
  3. Permanent brand visibility improvement with the help of shelf tools (both illuminated & non-illuminated)
  4. Development of toolkit for sales teams
  • Support new launches from TM side:
  1. Preparation of In-store toolkit in line with global guidance & Customer’s specifics;
  2. POSM developments and production;
  3. Trade support execution: retailers’ slots (detailed alignment with global brand teams & customers, coppings, BTL activities);
  4. Plan and CPS execution together with multifunctional team (sales, marketing, logistics, finance, POSM)

QUALIFICATIONS

Essential:

  • 2+ years in Sales team of big international FMCG company (NA Account Executive, Ecommerce Sales manager, Trade Marketing Manager);
  • 1+ years in Trade Marketing (Category manager, Sales Development manager);
  • 1+ years of working in multi-functional team and close collaboration with other teams (supply chain, finance, procurement, etc.);
  • Experience in budget management (icnl. actuals tracking), calculation of activities’ ROI and P&L compilation;
  • Intermediate level of English and higher (solid written communication);
  • Advanced presentation skills;
  • External focus, awareness about industry;
  • Basic business analysis skills;
  • Personal characteristics: strong ownership & leadership, ability to learn on-the-go, to focus under time pressure, to embrace change and to work in multi-functional team

Desirable:

  • Experience in the Beauty industry
