Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely paper flow for international transportation
- Perform custom formalities for imported and exported finished goods
- Perform customs formalities for imported spare parts and equipment
- Managing the process of compensation for damaged goods to the Carriers
- Control of HS codes in SAP and customs declarations
- Order and control of transportation
- Claims to carriers and customs brokers
- Organisation of transportation from warehouse to the customers within Russia
- Statistics database fulfillment

Major job assignments:
- Interface with Customs Offices
- Prepare all documents needed for Customs clearance process, including certificates, banking documents, etc.
- Interface with other European corporations
- Be a full time member of the Russian Logistics Team

Applicants should have either proven ability or strong potential in the following domains:
- Understanding of local business requirements
- Strong knowledge of ADR logistics
- Understanding of Diversey product range
- Information systems skills and interest, SAP
- Developing superior relationships with authorities and customs
- Stress resistance, priorities identification and capacity to act accordingly
- Superior education level
- Fluency in Russian and English language and overall good communication skills
