We are seeking a driven and dynamic professional to lead the marketing efforts of Wonder Family. Your mission will be to define and execute data-driven marketing strategies to attract investors & grow brand awareness.

What You’ll Do
As our CMO, you will lead marketing efforts to attract new investors, achieving ambitious growth targets. Your responsibilities will include:
- Performance Marketing: Identify and optimize lead-generation channels with the shortest deal cycles to bring in 100 investors in 2025.
- Positioning & Messaging: Collaborate with the Founder to refine our brand voice and value proposition.
- Build a Team: Once initial goals are met (5 sales per month in 3 months period), assemble a marketing team (content editor, PR specialist, SEO expert, project marketing manager).
- Scaling & Strategy: Develop scalable processes and transparent reporting systems to support long-term growth.
- Tracking & Reporting: Implement clear KPIs and analytics to drive decision-making.

Skills and Experience
- Performance Marketing Expertise: Strong track record in creating and optimizing campaigns for lead generation.
- Investor Marketing Experience: Ideally, you’ve sold investment opportunities or high-ticket digital products.
- Omnichannel Strategist: You understand B2C digital funnels, paid acquisition, SEO, email, and influencer marketing.
- Startup Experience: Comfortable working in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
- Leadership: Proven ability to build and manage teams.
- US Market Experience: You’ve successfully launched campaigns in the U.S.
- Fluent English and Some Russian :)
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience working in VC-backed startups.
- E-commerce experience.
- Built and scaled marketing teams from scratch.
- Raised investor interest through digital marketing.
