Building an open and trusting relationship with campers is the foundation of our approach. Creating a camp experience is a collaborative task that should be a united effort of children and the mentoring team. We are looking for team leaders who are ready to dive into this complex process and guide their team with compassion and empathy.
Salary: 12000-24000 for a 6-day shift

Requirements:

Experience working with kids and teenagers (priority to candidates with a camp background)

Advanced or Proficiency English level
Our educational programs are focused on the campers’ intellectual and emotional development through their interests, and teachers sharing their own passions with their students. Our leading principles are learning through experience and communication. We welcome professionals well-versed in different teaching approaches and open to experimentation. We strongly believe that learning English in a camp environment should be done through fun activities focused on developing various non-language skills. Therefore the additional requirement for a teaching position is to possess expertise in one of the following fields:

Responsibilities:

Lead campers in daily program classes and activities

Assume full responsibility for all the campers in your team

Teaching a series of workshops (depending on your field of expertise)

Taking part in developing the workshop curriculum

Being an active part of the camp society
Working Conditions:
