Future. We are looking for a Senior Event Producer with the ambition to organize 10,000+ online events for founders and investors, featuring top speakers like Paul Graham (who declined to speak at our next event), Mark Cuban (we plan to invite him through a mutual connection), and Elon Musk (it’s too early for us).
Now. On June 20, 2024, we organized a Zoom conference for investors, which couldn’t accommodate all interested participants due to a 1,000-person limit. We had 30+ speakers and moderators, mainly from the US, and received 3,200 registrations from GPs and LPs of VC and Private Equity funds, Funds of Funds, family offices, and venture studios. This was our 7th conference since November 2023.
Terms:
- Remote
- Full-time, at least 40 hours a week
- From $2000 to $3000 a month
Necessary Experience:
1. Organizing events (ideally, in the VC/PE/startup field)
2. LinkedIn with 1000+ connections
3. Super skills in searching and finding the best speakers
4. Super skills in outreach and writing excellent short emails
5. Super communication skills through video calls and the ability to “sell” the event to speakers and sponsors
6. Super marketing skills for the event – copywriting throughout the entire Customer Journey Map
