Tinkoff is now expanding globally! And we need a strong Junior HR Business Partner to help drive that growth.

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will have a key role on global HR team. You will help to build and lead all the HR programs for these ambitious project, including hiring, on-boarding, cross-cultural relations talent development, succession, coaching and, workforce planning and employee relations. You’ll work in close partnership with our Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Legal and Operations teams for full-service HR support. In addition, you will have the opportunity to participate in key HR initiatives, including enhancing talent management practices, leadership development, employment branding, and talent KPIs.

Your Impact

• A trusted advisor and strategic partner consulting with line management on all employee related matters including but not limited to talent reviews, performance management, employee relations, succession, compensation planning, employee development and trainings
• Cultivate strong and influential working relationships with leadership team and employees
• Close collaboration with talent acquisition and line management for recruitment in alignment with talent strategy and budgets. Participate in the selection process
• Drive consistent HR processes and policies or enhancements that support the business and complies with local regulations and corporate requirements
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations or other employment-related legal issues through conducting a thorough, objective and effective investigation in accordance to labor regulations and market best practices

What You'll Need

• 3-5 years as a Junior HR Business Partner/HR Generalist with “hands-on” experience in talent acquisition, talent management, employee relations, performance management, HRIS, change management, training and development.
• IT/Digital facing client group support preferred.
• Willingness to execute as well as to create.
• Proven capabilities in guiding organizations through periods of fast growth. Demonstrated ability to align HR programs to business goals and objectives in a high growth environment.
• Collaborative and customer-focused with ability to develop strong and influential business relationships.
• Comfortable to challenge the status quo with a passion to deliver results in a dynamic environment.
• Strong problem solving, decision making, employee relations and conflict management skills.
• Upper-intermediate English
