Key Responsibilities:

Sales legal support:
(I) Contractual work: all contracts related to COOP activities and direct sales of goods, incl. sales contracts, marketing service contracts, bonus
volume & early payment bonus agreements, surety agreements, assignment agreements etc.;
(II) Legal support to Sales team members in contractual work and negotiations with partners;

Corporate issues:
(I) handle local company corporate law work for LG and its branches and representative offices in the RF and in the Republic of Belarus (drafting decisions, amending the Charter, etc.);
(II) providing local assistance on corporate projects as requested;

Dispute and Litigation:
(I) advising on Bad Debt issues;
(II) participation in the creditor’s meetings;
(III) representation of LGERA’s interests in commercial disputes in the courts.

Other tasks upon request of the Part Leader and the Department Head
Requirements:
- +2 years of experience in legal;
- Big4 experience is preferable;
- English level - not less than Upper-Intermediate;
- Completed Higher Education (Legal);
- Accurate, supportive, hardworking, persistent and reliable.
