Responsibilities and key activities:
- Monitors purchase requisitions ensuring compliance with preferred/approved suppliers, correct material and supplier master data
- Monitors order confirmation deviations, clarifies and updates POs accordingly
- Ensures compliance and adherence to KONE policies and procedures, including and notably the PO policy

Professional requirements
· User knowledge of SAP/ERP
· Understanding of Local requirements in Sourcing / Purchasing Process

Personal requirements
· Higher education (Master degree in Procurement is an advantage)
· Good spoken and written English (intermediate)
· Native Russian
· PC skills: MS Excel (advanced), PowerPoint, SAP (key-user)
2+ years' work experience in procurement / purchasing/ sourcing
