We are looking for a Training Consultant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- External and internal trainings conduction on the following topics: SmartVista, other BPC products, card processing, electronic payments.
- New trainings design and materials development in line with the agreed training portfolio, across all forms of delivery including classroom courses, workshops, remote trainings, e-learnings.
- Feedback analysis for courses reviewing and updating to ensure relevance to the business and project objectives.
- Documents reviewing (user manuals, product overview documents, FSDs).
- Tests and evaluation tools development and improvement, tests and evaluations conduction and analysis.
- Product-related consulting.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Customer focused with highly effective interpersonal, consultancy, coaching and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Demonstrates experience of the entire training lifecycle, from identifying a training need to delivering a successful training outcome.
- Understanding of adult learning principles, and an ability to incorporate this understanding into all learning design using an appropriate and innovative blend of delivery mechanisms.
- Experience in financial area (priority to Banking, Electronic payments, Card processing).
- Technical background. Good IT skills, ability to quickly master any new software. Understanding of principles of databases and/or programming is an advantage.
- English: full professional proficiency.
- Ready for business trips worldwide (after the lockdown is over).
