Работодатель может предложить примерно следующую оплату труда: от 1000 до 5000 USD на вакантной должности "Senior Associate (Bioinformatics / Bioengineering / Molecular Biology / Genetics major required)".
Responsibilities:
Due diligence of new ventures, analyse markets and competitive environments, evaluate and benchmark business models, metrics and technology stack
Performing deep dives into technology areas that could be of interest to the fund and markets to determine future investment thesis
Modelling and valuation of investment opportunities
Assisting in all aspects of deal execution including market and financial due diligence, structuring and contract negotiation
Monitoring of portfolio companies and executing value creation plan
Active involvement in supporting the current and future portfolio companies on strategic matters and new corporate actions (i.e. add-on acquisitions, future fundraising efforts, etc.)
Pro-active involvement in deal sourcing & deal flow management. You will be responsible for setting the heartbeat of the fund and investment banking business in terms of deal sourcing
Candidate Profile:
Graduated from a top tier university, ideally an MSc in basic or applied science (biology, bioinformatics, bioengineering, genetics, computer science, physics, mathematics, econometrics etc.)
Relevant experience in IB/VC/PE and financial modeling and valuation expertise is a big plus
Outstanding analytical skills, attention to detail, pro-active and self-motivated
High degree of intellectual curiosity and excellent work ethics

An ability to build and maintain good relationships with people
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level of energy, enthusiasm, and commitment to success
Location doesn’t matter, as we are a remote team working with US and European startups mostly.
