Kaspersky is an international cybersecurity and anti-virus provider with a global footprint. We are looking for a motivated, self-directed and dynamic person to join our truly global paid media team based in Moscow.
The Programmatic Display Executive is an executional role in our Digital Media team holding responsibility for managing the Display advertising activity within our Digital Media campaigns across multiple Kaspersky territories around the World. This role is focused on programmatic display, video and native advertising but not limited to these channels. Reporting to the Global Media Activation Lead the role requires independent decision making as well as skilled and competent communication to diverse internal and external stakeholders whilst being able to perform within a high pace international environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Digital Media Manager and Senior Digital Manager in all activations and daily tasks
- Manage production teams to produce high quality, effective assets to the Kaspersky brand standards
- Owning campaign management and holding responsibility for timely and accurate campaign activation
- Taking care of message localization for different languages within the region and working closely with marketing teams based in local territories.
- Manage production teams to produce the required asset to the required standard.
- Ensure all digital assets are produced with the highest possible quality, taking ownership of output and providing regular feedback to global creative teams.
- Work with the data and analytics team to produce meaningful reports shared across key stakeholders with recommendations and learnings for future work.
- Evaluate campaign performance and recommend potential improvements to increase efficiency of display channels
- Genuine interest in digital marketing and display advertising
Requirements:
- University educated in a related field, or equivalent level qualification
- 1+ years of experience at a media agency or client side in a similar role, ideally in the TECH sector.
- Fluent English is a requirement, Spanish, German, Italian or Russian is an advantage.
- Has a passion for media and design.
- Experience in using a graphic design software (e.g. Photoshop)
- Experience in using Double Click Campaign Manager
- Experience of managing production teams
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are particularly important in developing internal relationships and maintaining efficient communication across the teams.
- Diligent and attentive to detail, able to follow through on projects and/or issues
- Computer literate with good skills in all basic Office programs
