Roles & Responsibilities
• Primarily focus on the UICC profile validation and homologation with MNOs
• Collect & evaluate customer requirements and prepare internal requirements for R&D and other relevant departments
• Manage entire project life cycle from customer testing to trial production completion prior to mass production • Manage customer complaints, communicate directly with customers and various internal departments to prepare findings report. Work closely with sales and other internal department to provide solutions to resolve the issues
• Work closely with sales to provide technical support such as tender documentation preparation, on-site/online product/solution presentation, etc
• Cooperate with the product manager to recommend suitable project solutions/products and provide market information to support internal product planning
• Cooperate with sales to maintain customer relationship and take initiative to visit customers regularly to follow up on current projects and understand new requirements
