(T&D Manager)
Purpose of the Role
• The T&D Manager’s role leads next HR initiatives on national level:
• People Development
• Employer branding and internal communications activities
• As a key manager in HR team, T&D manager has active collaborations with HR Business Partners and operations, in order to present right service from Center of Expertise
Responsibilities:
People Development and Training
• Leading of the workforce planning and management of the People Development process (Performance Management, Talent review, People Development Plans creation) to ensure talent needs are fulfilled
• Training plans creation on National level in line with business needs
• Design and deliver training courses, workshops and assessment centers
• Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
HR Branding and Internal communication
• Creation and realization Employer branding activities (internal and external)
• Creation and realization of the annual internal communications plan
• Development of national level communication environment (Intranet site and others digital resources)
Others
• Budgets management (for T&D, Employer branding)
• Events organization by arms
• Participation in common HR projects
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in training, HR, business etc.
• Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Education/Engineering or other relevant field
• Excellent English and local language skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Project Management and Change management skills
• Learning Management System experience and training knowledge and development experience preferred
