В обязанности соискателя входит следующее:
• Make quick solution for machine break down issues in territory.
• Support dealers with difficult failures.
• Provide basic service training: including maintenance?basic production knowledge.
• Provide necessary technical and professional support to dealers.
• Provide field service to support dealers and customers.
• Answer all technical questions and provide professional support to dealers and customers in the office.
• Provide professional service for new dealer and new product.
• Visit and support KA in the region.
• Assist to evaluate regional dealers’ service capability and improvement plan.
• Participate the necessary technical training in the company.
• Implement service campaign, service announcement.
• Temporary work assigned by the supervisor.
Компанией к работнику предъявляются следующие желательные требования:
• University degree in mechanical engineering or technical repairing.
• 5 Years of experience in service or technical support in construction equipment, with good field experience.
• English language – not less Intermediate.
• Ready for travel to other regions of Russia and to China – up to 70 – 80 %.
• Good learning ability and communication skills.• Высшее образование

We are interested a specialist with experience in technical support of special equipment (agricultural, road construction, mining or a similar equipment). Important skills - experience in service or technical support in construction equipment, knowledge of English language at the level of Intermediate level and readiness for frequent business trips to the assigned territory.
