Обязанности В обязанности соискателя входит следующее:
Job Title: Account Manager
Responsible to: CSD
Responsible for: • Developing the business activities with the client to ensure Adare’s opportunity is maximised
– Managing the day-to-day relationship with key client stakeholders within the framework of the contract
– Ensuring all Adare processes and systems are utilised to ensure efficiency is maintained and activities are transparent to both Adare and the client
– Daily delivery of quotations and live projects on behalf of the client
– Support the Project Management activity and ensure workload is efficiently managed across the Project Management Team
Overall Purpose • Manage key relationships with primary stakeholders, on the client side, to ensure Adare is seen to be supporting business objectives and delivering on contractual obligations
– To build a strong working relationship with individual stakeholders (Brand Team) on the client side and promote Adare as an added value supplier
– Sourcing, Project Management and delivery of marketing materials on behalf of the client
– Using ICHOR, to ensure all business activities are visible to Adare and client facing MI/Web portals reflect the day-to-day status of all live projects
– Working with the Project Management team to ensure all processes are being maintained and the team is working efficiently
– Engaging with the Finance Department (UK) to ensure that all invoices, on both the client and supplier side, are processed efficiently
– Supporting all Adare business requests (Finance, CRD, VM, DD, etc.) efficiently and in-line with expectations.
Principal Activities: Account Management
– Maintains the overall profitability of the account with the commercial agreement
– Maintains and develops client relationships
– Communicates to Adare, Project Management Team and Client on overall account requirements.
– The Account Manager is the key point of contact within the team for the swift resolution of all business queries for the Client, Adare,and suppliers issues.
– Drives post project review meetings to gauge client satisfaction and foresee future opportunities.
Client Facing
– Attends client and agency briefing sessions in order to obtain a clear understanding of the client requirements
– When necessary, with support from CSD, the Account Manager provides product/project consultancy in order to support the impact of printed materials and maximise efficiency (cost and speed)
– Adhere to client SLA’s for delivery of quotes, otherwise agree alternative schedule in writing.
– Adhere to client SLA’s for delivery of jobs, otherwise agree alternative schedule in writing.
– Manage quality of job adhering to clients Corporate guidelines
– Proactively manage all communitarian with the client throughout and ensure the client is advised, in writing, of any delays that may impact the time lines of their projects
Project Management, ICHOR
– All quotes & live orders must be processed through ICHOR
– Ensure all status updates are maintained in ICHOR, in real time in ICHOR Communicate to client and supplier all required timelines for all jobs, and ensure these are adhered to
– All delivered jobs must be proactively moved through to invoice stage, in line with Adare processes
– Manage the function of checking all supplier invoices are accurate and logged quickly & efficiently, updates in ICHOR where necessary and processed for payment within SLA time frame.
– Advises CSD and if possible resolves invoicing queries to ensure prompt invoicing to client.
– Support the Client Relationship Directors with any questions relating to the monthly MI that needs to be delivered to the client.
Communication
The Account Manager must be aware that, at any time, they will need to communicate to and manage the following aspects of the Adare Business.
– Client
– Onsite/offsite Team
– Vendor Management
– Central Finance (Adare)
– Client Relationship Director/Manager
– Supply Chain
– Client Services Director
Performance Standards /Key Result areas: • The commercial performance of the account
– Establishing and developing relationships with the client for the retention and development of business opportunities
– Project delivery performance in relation to agreed client SLA’s
– To maintain commercial model across all activities
– All work is managed through the ICHOR platform, in real time
– Efficient invoicing process and swift resolution of any invoice queries
– Swift resolution of all queries that originate from the client.
– Swift resolution of all queries that originate from the central function of Adare.
Expected Abilities/Skills Required of the Jobholder: • Minimum 4 Years experience in a print related environment
– Excellent knowledge of print production, covering the full spectrum of print processes
– Able to organise and supervise press passes with Agency / client contacts, showing ability to add value and take responsibility for end product.
– Organised, self-disciplined and timely in handling administration and paperwork associated with the job.
– Listens to customers to identify needs, and checks that their needs have been met.
– Takes responsibility for own actions
– Takes responsibility and manages action of the Team.
– Aware of the impact of own behaviour on others and responds appropriately to achieve results.
– Actively participates as a team member in achieving team goals.
– Responds positively to new situations and challenges.
– Works flexibly – able to meet needs of the project by working outside normal office hours as required.
– Able to communicate effectively at all levels orally and in writing.
– Sets high standards of performance for self.
– Pro-active, motivated and committed to developing own knowledge and skills.
– Competent in MS Word/Excel and Outlook
– Able to use Adare e-commerce solutions
– Fluent in English and the local language
– Wider reaching language skills are desired
