Horton International is a global retained Executive Search firm with 40 offices in 30 countries. Horton provides research, consultancy and recruitment services for senior leadership positions and boards across a wide range of sectors and functions. Moscow office has been active on the market since 2006.
To support our company growth we are looking for a Business Assistant to Partner to join our team at the Moscow office. This role is more than simply a secretary or a personal assistant: we need a BUSINESS Assistant to provide reliable support in communication with international clients and candidates on Top-positions.
You may not have experience in this field or no experience at all. Your interest and desire to develop is what makes a difference for us! We are ready to teach and help the new team member.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Business support to General Manager (translations, business correspondence/communications in English/Russian, preparing presentations, reports, contracts etc.).
- Administrative support (visa/travel support, calls receiving, meeting visitors (candidates, clients), searching information in internet, preparing reviews of business press).
You will participate in different interesting international projects.

A desired candidate will have the following competences:
- Written and spoken English not lower than Upper-intermediate (experience in written translation will be a plus).
- Good written Russian and ability to write and edit quality texts.
- Completed higher education (Bachelor/Master`s degree).
- Multitasking and independent work.
- Responsibility and result-orientation.
- Striving to develop and getting new knowledge.
- Confident PC user skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
