THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the planning, development and execution of the company's marketing initiatives.
The candidate's primary responsibilities will include product marketing, performance marketing, communications, creative/brand marketing and growth hacking. The Marketing Manager will ensure the company's messages are properly structured and distributed across channels and to the targeted audiences.
You should be passionate about DLT. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment with fast delivery time.
THE RESULTS
Be a marketing team leader and a trusted owner of day-to-day marketing operations
Create a robust and complete marketing and growth strategy
Initiate and execute worldwide marketing initiatives for various targeted audiences
Stay on top of new marketing technologies, trends, and methodologies
Be an active evangelist of Insolar’s technology and products
Hire and develop top talents in the marketing team
RESPONSIBILITIES
Product marketing
Positioning and messaging (storytelling) (in coordination with sales/bizdev team)
Audience segmentation
Partnerships
Product/industry ratings and rankings
Market research and competitive intelligence
Sales support and enablement (in coordination with sales/bizdev team)
Content (email, blog, social media, media) (in coordination with content and design teams)
Performance marketing
Channel marketing, awareness and lead generation (search, social media, emails, etc.)
Non-paid search and SEO
Funel optimization
Analytics and budgeting
Communications
PR/media planning (in coordination with PR and content teams)
Influencer marketing (in coordination with social media team)
Community (in coordination with community team)
Creative/brand marketing
Brand/positioning tracking (in coordination with PR and social media teams)
Visual identity and voice (in coordination with content and design teams)
Target audiences:
North American and European USD 1bn+ sales enterprises
English, Chinese, Korean and Japanese speaking blockchain & crypto community
Developers - at a later stage
Hardware providers (nodes) - at a later stage
REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of experience at a high-performance environment (marketing and growth) with focus on running and delivering complex projects
Proven experience building and leading high-performance teams
Excellent in project management that requires collaborating with many contributors
Focused on results, strong sense of ownership and responsibility, questions the status quo, always seeks ways to achieve excellence in results and processes
Analytical, detail oriented and highly organized
Hard-working and motivated to see the long-term result of the work
Expertise in telling complex stories to various technical and non-technical audiences
People-oriented, outstanding communicator, skilled at building relationships across all levels and functions within the company
Avid learner, not intimidated by having to quickly learn new skills and understand new technology or industries
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where business needs are always changing
Tech savvy, background in blockchain is plus
Fluent English
