WHAT WE NEED
We’re looking for an Information Security Manager to sit in our Information Security team. Based in Russia, you will be responsible for ensuring all global Information Security policies are followed and tailored for Russian legislation/regulation.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING ??
Being the point of contact for all Information Security matters in Russia, including security processes, local strategy and security management
Adopting and implementing Revolut Information Security policies to suit local requirements
Implementing Security by Design to our infrastructure in Russia to ensure it complies with policy and local law/regulatory requirements
Ownership of 152-FZ, PCI-DSS activities in Russia, including scoping, implementation, testing and renewal
Performing technology risk assessments and reporting
Working with third party Infosec auditors (penetration testing, PCI compliance, 152-FZ etc.)
WHAT SKILLS YOU'LL NEED
Experience in setting up, managing and enhancing Information Security controls in large organisations, ideally financial or other regulated industries
Experience in operational IT security matters, e.g. incident response, access management
?Familiarity with 152-FZ, PCI-DSS, ISO27001, SOC 2/3 or other global standards
Familiarity with Russsian cybersecurity and data protection regulation and legislation
?Understanding of security with Agile working practices
Excellent writing skills (business and project reports), good presenter & communicator
Ability to prioritise workload in line with tight deadlines and work effectively under pressure
Excellent team player with ability to work closely with others to deliver results
Demonstrate an ability to think and reason logically
Upper intermediate English
