Brainpower, a market-leading, multicultural Executive Search and Management Selection Company, due to expansion of the team is looking for an ideal candidate for the Researcher / Junior Consultant position with Life Science Practice
The role:
The Junior Consultant has the primary role of managing a recruitment projects portfolio and clients’ relations related to these projects within the framework of the Company’s philosophy and goals.
More precisely the Junior Consultant main tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Manage a portfolio of recruitment projects;
- Support Head of the department in selected searches;
- Take responsibility for the commercial management and development of an assignment Client, and keeping a very close relations and regular follow ups with the Client during the Project execution and to obtain new assignment from the Active Client;
- Responsible for full cycle of search/placement process;
- Contribute to Brainpower and Life Science Team professional development by sharing market information on the recruitment and HR trends, look out for new information on economic situation in the given industry and in general;
- Keep the database records constantly enriched and updated with information gained through the searches or other activities;
- Responsible for maintaining and developing Clients’ relations with respect to the long-term vision and ethical and professional standards of Brainpower, serve the Brainpower ambassador in the business community and in all interactions with the company, client companies or other partners;
- Fulfill other tasks and responsibilities as required by business and assigned by the Head of Practice.
Personal Profile and Competencies Requirements:
- Higher Education;
- At least 1-2 years’ experience, ideally in Recruitment (experience in Pharmaceutical market as a plus) or in in-house Human Resources function or related to people hiring;
- Fluent English, other European languages are highly appreciated.

Specialized Knowledge Requirements:
- Have some knowledge on Russian labor market and different industries, with more in-depth understanding of the market structure, brands positioning and results on Russian market for the life science, pharmaceutics of specialization, have contact and some knowledge on candidates from the industry and so on;
- Be familiar with search engines, recruitment/job boards, and other recruitment or related portals, social media, business press (HH, linkedin.com, vedomosti.ru, etc);
- Familiar with candidate, professional profiles search technologies;
- Understanding and some knowledge of general psychology, testing and evaluation techniques, interview methodologies and related.
