Responsibilities:
- Providing IT-partnership in Sales and After-Sales areas in order to meet the business needs;
- Consolidating all business expectations, tasks, projects and aligning them with Company IT-Strategy;
- Managing all project tasks and controlling their implementation using Agile/PMBook methods;
- Creating, testing and managing all technical requests;
- Managing all project partners and suppliers, ensuring integrity layer between all Company systems;
- Ensuring Technologic Stack and Global systems deployment.
Requirements:
- Higher education in the field of information technologies;
- Experience in management of IT projects for big companies, deep understanding of project KPI and added value;
- Excellent understanding of IT current stack and trends in Sales, Service, Workshop, Stock Management, working experience in the automotive field connected with providing partnership to Business;
- Good knowledge of such software as AlfaAvto, 1C, UT, Jira, Trello, Itilium, HP ServiceDesk or similar;
- Experience of DMS process implementation in a dealership network;
- Knowledge of MSSQL, TSQL, MySQL, MongoDB will be an asset;
- Excellent understanding of system’s life-cycle, data cleansing process and data normalization process;
- Ability to work with various multinational, internal and external stakeholders and achieve results on time and within budget;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, the ability to formally present information to management;
- English: upper-intermediate level or higher.
