Tasks
Operative coordination tasks:
- Realization and operative coordination, planning and technical controlling of production engineering activities within the annual production road map
- Continuous improvement and development of the required standards for processes, methods and technologies
- Drive continuous improvement in the application of engineering processes and tools
- Support implementation of the defined engineering strategy
Controlling and reporting tasks:
- Conducting rigorous controlling of measures and their implementation within the projects and the integration/ localization of new vehicle model series
- Driving the processes and holding workshops to ensure that cost targets are met
Functional and management responsibilities:
- Strategic and planning responsibilities based on defined target parameters. Continuous professional development of the team
- Definition and implementation of the complex processes and concepts under consideration of various premises and dependencies
- Representation of department interests, coordination/negotiations with internal and external interfaces
- Staff leadership and professional development according to defined goals. Perform regular appraisal of team member`s performance and devise strategies to help with improvement. The recruitment of new staff in compliance with the legal and other requirements. Identifying staff training needs and devising and managing staff training programs
- Project planning, controlling and reporting
Qualifications
- University degree with focus on Engineering
- Not less than 3 years of experience in similar field in the international environment, guiding experience in Russia is desirable
- Significant leadership experience
- Advanced user of MS Office
- Fluent English is a must
