We opened a position for a competent, pleasant in communication, multitasking candidate who will be able to analyze large amounts of information, make interesting tables and reports, and then tell conclusions and regularities to our partners and clients!
Duties:
- Managing clients of the dedicated sector (Industrial and automotive industries) on various issues: advising on the use of Korn Ferry products and platform, market trends, participation in industry round tables. Main contact person from the partner – HR Department (C&B/Reward, Talent, Internal communications/Engagement).Taking part in data collection and analysis for Korn Ferry annual salary survey: preparing data collection tools, Verifying reward data received from clients and communication with them on corrections/questions. (from April to September there is usually massive global data collection and the busiest days)
- Consulting clients on the technical use of company’s platforms and products, meetings and communication with clients (approximately 50% of working time); analytics, reviews / job descriptions and ets. in the office (50%)
- Taking part in data collection and analysis for Korn Ferry annual salary survey and also participation in another company’s projects
- Preparation of analysts on the main trends in the field of remuneration for the market as a whole, various industries of the economy and the practice of payment of specific companies
- Implementation of projects on involvement research, as well as preparation of Analytics based on the results of the research
Requirements:
- Higher Education
- 1 year experience in In analyzing data from various sources with a lot of numbers and/or with client work is plus
Preferences for candidates with experience in working with clients (internal and external) in the field of HR, especially if you have worked in the field of compensation and benefits - please urgently send us your resume ;))!
- English - Upper Intermediate and above! (the position presumes communication with native speakers and foreigners on professional topics, written correspondence and professional materials compilation and translations)
- Analytical mind and analysis skills, advanced skills with Excel and PowerPoint (the words “VLOOKUP”, “COUNTIFS” and “PIVOT TABLE” you really like!))
- Common literacy, attention to details, ability to work in a changing environment, a high level of responsibility, and at the same time positivity, creativity, communication, " love for people»
We offer: - Permanent contract in full accordance with Labor Code of Russian, salary range 70 000 RUB gross (the final offer will be discussed with successful candidate)
