Business-assistant
Dear candidates!
We are looking for a host of our office who could be the life and soul of our team! We need someone who can organize the work of our small office (which is not complicated at all!), help us with translations and who could show itself in the field of PR!
Main duties :
- Screening phone calls
- Dealing with and filtering and organizing incoming emails in Russian, French and English;
- Translation of documents and interpretation during meetings;
- Organization of presentations and negociations;
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Preparation of documents;
- Updating contact lists and corporate phonebook;
- Arranging business trips and accommodation;
- Visa support;
- Execution of General Manager’s instructions;
- Organization of the office layout and maintain supplies of stationery and equipment for the office of 20 people in collaboration with the cleaning company;
- Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs;
- Any other ad-hoc duties and projects as required;
- Support of foreign employees (in collaboration with agency);
- Participation in writing of company’s press-releases;
- Organization of corporate event and birthdays
- Updating the official web-site;
- Preparing and assisting in the preparation of monthly reports & analyses, presentations, databases, charts and schedules as appropriate to the work of the department.
Skills:
- Russian nationality;
- High School degree (Linguistics Degree is preferable);
- Fluent French and English are required (Our General Manager is a native French speaker);
- Experience on the same position will be a plus;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and other commonly used office packages;
- Ability to use office equipement (fax, printer etc);
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure, excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads;
- Professional and friendly manner;
- Open minded, proactive and bright;
- Ability to work effectively as a team player.
What to expect:
- Friendly and positive team;
- Possibility to develop language skills;
- Working hours : Mon-Fri from 09-00 till 18-00, although you may need to stay late during busy periods, in this case we offer 3 days off during the year;
- Our modern office is located a 15-minute walk from the Dinamo metro station through the park.
