Head of Regions Development will build and lead the team of Regional managers in charge of the business development in various countries around the world, as well as to lead our business development strategy and drive implementation of this strategy internationally. This key hire for our company will work closely with our leadership team on the successful implementation of our revenue generating opportunities and tactics. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this position is a key member of the global marketing team.
This role is based in Saint-Petersburg, Russia for the first 3-4 month, then relocate to Malta.
Major Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Lead, grow, and mentor a global team of experienced business development professionals from around the world

Manage the process of growing into new markets

Take responsibility for the business development strategy and its execution

Mentor the process of launching 360 marketing campaigns and ongoing marketing activities for every regions

Mentor and manage briefs for performance, PR and creative agencies, agency selection and agency management to arrange necessary efforts for launching business in particular countries

Responsible of the final results of any marketing/business activity happening in the regions. In charge of the final KPIs delivered by cross-functional departments and agencies
Job Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience on a leading role in a strategic, marketing or business development position or any combination of high-level equivalent of global experience

Project management leadership experience, able to lead multiple time-sensitive, cross-functional projects across a cross-functional team

Solid understanding of analytics, applicable metrics for all tactics and channels

Deep understanding of marketing basics (segmentation/targeting/positioning etc.)

Deep expertise in launching 360 marketing campaigns on a big scale in different regions
-
Experience in launching partners programs in different regions is a plus
-
Experience in launching business from the scratch (billings, legal related questions etc.) in different regions is a plus
-
Experience managing team members in remote locations, as well as building up teams in new geographies is a plus
