A fantastic opportunity to work with some of the world’s most respected brands. The role of Digital Commerce Manager is demanding and stimulating and will drive all our digital transactional efforts across our portfolio of brands. You will be confident in your expertise, a hard-working individual with a background in either e-commerce, CRM, digital commercial strategy, precision and data driven marketing, and able to adopt a consumer-fist approach and act decisively.

Job Description:

You will be responsible for working closely with The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC) brand & commercial team as well as the Coca-Cola Hellenic (CCH) commercial and customer teams to define transactional plans across all digital channels and categories to get to digitally influenced purchase, repeat purchase and loyalty.

You will be, among otherresponsible of for a key loyalty and a transactional platform developed by Coca-Cola, working closely with the Coca-Cola system teams to design and execute a range of transactional activities that will run on the platform on a national or customer level (promotions, digital vouchers, etc).

You will work closely with the local Digital teams, which consist of a Digital Manager, Community Managers and Data analysts, the Commercial teams at TCCC and CCH, as well as the Media and Brand teams to propose and define the right digital commerce strategy that can be delivered through our owned digital ecosystem (web, app, social) as well as third parties (e-retailers, influencers etc).

Responsibilities:

  • Develops and executes local digital commerce strategy working closely with the Coca-Cola system teams, resulting in a joint vision for our digital commerce and consumer/ shopper data
  • Defines how to use our digital ecosystem to plan transaction activities across all digital channels and categories. Designs activities that drive acquisition, purchase, repeat purchase and loyalty
  • Manages on day-to-day existing digital transaction products that target different audiences, i.e. loyalty mobile apps for teens or gatekeepers
  • Develops launch plan for any new digital transactional product and implements (transition plan where applicable) together with digital team
  • \
  • Participates and shares progress in regular routines with the local and central teams
  • Plans and manages annual project budget;
  • Supports local teams to develop the right content and journeys for our owned digital channels, as well as key customers; audits content and user experience, provides recommendations and drives change
  • Defines local KBIs targets; both top-line as well as media and content performance and national promo level KPIs
  • Monitors results, defines the right data needed to track performance, provides analysis and recommendations to optimize on the go
  • Works with analytics team to segment audiences based on data analysis and drive targeted marketing efforts
  • Partners with BU and local analytics team to define the right CRM strategy, adopts and implements tools
  • Completes after action reviews and tracks performance and implements corrective actions if needed after each campaign;
  • Builds internal engagement, awareness, capabilities and understanding across the organization, so strategy and plan can be seamlessly executed in the market;
  • Tracks analytics of content and transactions overall and on specific campaigns/issues for their specific market – Google analytics, Firebase, Appsflyer, Lighthouse
  • Provides reports on analytics according to local market needs (weekly-bi weekly basis).
  • Partners with local and central technical teams to develop and adopt new technically enabled solutions that can drive trial and transactions (i..e buy now, promo tools etc)
  • Participates in local business planning process and integrates strategy with country plans; aligns and prioritizes activities and promo plans
  • Partners with key internal teams to define and activate consumer and customer plans(both digital and in outlets; ie. how to integrate with assets such as vending machines, coolers etc)
  • Drives innovation; considers new platforms, tools, solutions and services that can drive value or efficiencies. Drives trial of new solutions
  • Works with local legal counsel to ensure local data exchange model reflects local data privacy law per market to be reviewed on a regular basis
  • Provides solutions, guidance, training and support to local agencies, media partners and internal departments on implementation;

Boundaries:

  • Commercial Manager, Media Manager, Digital Manager, Community Managers and Brand Managers – content, connection planning and promo strategy development and implementation;
  • Strategy and Insights, Digital teams& CP/Media agency – KBIs tracking;
  • Legal – adjustment to country law requirements;
  • CCH – Customer communication, promo & transactional planning
  • Technical – tech solutions and data analytics development

Skills and Experience:

  • Education:University degree in Digital Marketing/Communications, Data Management or similar studies.
  • Related work experience: at least 3 years in Digital Marketing, Digital Commerce, E-commerce, CRM/ relationship marketing, precision and data driven marketing
  • Skills: We are looking for a highly motivated individual that will be confident to work independently. You will be expected to have ownership of the project deliverables and act proactively.In particular we are looking for:
    • Strong Leadership skills
    • Solid grasp of CRM/Precision Marketing/Database building, digital commerce, as well as social media, search strategy, measurement and mobile - mandatory
    • Experience in Budget Management and in Project Management clear history of activating complex digital plans, creative development and production, with multiple stake-holders
    • Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and agencies as well as identifying opportunities and managing issues.
    • Experience in planning, deploying and measuring digital campaigns
    • Record of driving change and innovation
    • Ability to create compelling business cases and influence internal stakeholders to secure budget and build trust Experience in loyalty programme KBI setting, reporting and garnering actionable insights
    • Good understanding of using reporting tools and strong analytic skills (experience in Google analytics, Firebase, Appsflyer, Lighthouse)
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills with high attention to detail
