The vacancy opened in our client`s team. (Well known european agro company).
LOCATION - KIEV
HR Generalist solo role to all Ukrainian region reporting to Moscow directly.
Overall Purpose and Objective of Position
This position is responsible for human resources activities, both administrative and project-related, in support of the HR Manager Black Sea region. Responsibilities include HR administration, HR systems management, coordination of recruitment activities, employee relations, applicant tracking, maintenance of employee records, and communication of Company’s Human Resources policies and procedures.
Primary Responsibilities/Essential Functions
Assist with day to day operations of the HR function and duties
Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources manager Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
Maintain Human Resource Information System records for multiple locations and compile reports from database for internal use
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
Assist with recruitment process as per HRM instructions (facilitate pre-employment screening, in coordinating pre-employment appointments, paperwork and screening; prepare offer letters and notify recruiting sources and candidates as position is filled, attend Recruitment Fairs as necessary and seek out opportunities for expanding recruitment pool at each location)
Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc) Communicate with public services when necessary
Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures Conduct initial onboarding to newly hired employees

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to develop strong, positive relationships with both internal and external clients.

• Ability to represent the Company in professional meetings and recruitment events with prospective candidates
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

Preferred
• General knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Working knowledge of HR systems (Workday, 1C)
Languages
Ukrainian, Russian and English (Fluent)
Education
The following is the basic qualification:
• Bachelor’s Degree in business related field

• Bachelor’s Degree with Human Resources emphasis
Years of work experience
3-5 years
Working Conditions
Office environment, plant and port terminal environment, outside in all climate conditions.
The extension of regular working hours is occasionally necessary to complete time-sensitive projects, manage periods of heavy workload, and attend training and meetings or respond to emergencies.
Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, multi-task and keep
