Radius Group, a leading warehouse developer, is looking for a talented Junior lawyer.

Job description:

60 % of working time

• Power of Attorney preparation.
• An accompanying the cadastre, registration of acts on real estate and deals with it.
• Supporting and organisation of various notarial actions.
• Verification of corporate approvals for important deals by counterparties.
• Periodical legal due diligence of the most important counterparties.
• The arrangement of the 'smart' system of documents' storing ( in e-form and paper-form) in the department.
• Assistance in another corporate issues of LLC.

20 % of working time

• Work with the agreement of different complexity (paid services provision, regular work and construction agreements, rent agreements, agency services, insurance).

20 % of working time

• Case law analysis for the formation of opinions on legal practices and issues (civil law, land law, urban planning law, corporate law, real estate law).

Requirements:

• university degree (profession-oriented universities),
• legal relevant experience of 1 year and more;
• an experience of work in consulting and real estete is an advantage;
• an experience of work with construction contracts and assistance in real estate deals is an advantage;
• strong knowledge and successful use of Civil law (Parts 1 & 2 of the Civil Code);
• mastery of land law, urban planning law, federal law on LLC;
• good command of English (professional terminology, both oral and written);
• literate oral and written language;
• teamwork;
• responsibility and accuracy.

Conditions:

• labor contract according to Russian legislation
• competitive salary - will be discussed with a successful applicant;
• medical insurance;
• working schedule: full time, 5/2;
• work in the Moscow office (walking distance from Tsvetnoy boulevard and Trubnaya metro stations);
• periodic trips to Domodedovo.
