This opportunity is ideal for a proven sales professional with a hunter mentality and direct contacts and experience of selling complex solutions. This individual will target opportunities in the assigned region within large accounts. Provide hands-on leadership and value to end-users in the areas of strategy, solution offerings, post-sales delivery capabilities and overall execution of the overall business plan.
Responsibilities:
This role is focused on presales opportunities to penetrate large accounts focused on promoting Dell EMC Converged Platform solutions and High-end Storages. Additional responsibilities include:
- Thoroughly understand and articulate the Division strategy, technical direction, capabilities and product solutions resulting in the ability to collaborate on all sales campaigns, respond quickly and effectively to RFP’s and to deliver technical presentations to all levels of decision makers
- Ensure value proposition meets the customer’s requirements and can be delivered within the proposed scope.
- Articulates characteristics of the customer’s current environment, understands and articulates third-party and/or Channel’s role to create and position Dell EMC solution
- Gains access and manages relationships with customer technical staff
- Working closely with account technical, financial and strategy people
- Qualifies sales opportunities in the terms of customer technical requirements, competition, decision making process and funding
- Presents and markets the design and value of proposed Dell EMC solution and business case to customers, prospects and management
Requirements:
- Technical sales experience of the data center infrastructure/storage market is a must.
- Must have highly effective communication and presentation skills.
- 7+ years of prominent experience as a presales consultant.
- Russian native level and good English skills are mandatory
- In-depth knowledge of storage, converged infrastructure solutions. Experience building mission critical storage architectures and infrastructure that meet or exceed customer requirements
- Perfect communication skills, cross-functional skill
- Customer focused. Ability to influence others to achieve results
