We look for the strong SMM Manager :
Main responsibilities:
Site management:
- definition of editorial policy of the website
- the decision on scams, delist and revoke experts
- development of the new site functionality both at front and at back together with
product owner
- development of changes in the site policy
Team management:
- support the editors, lead-editors and the support service specialist on all questions
- support the KYC specialist
User support:
- updates of usernames and emails
- analysis and acceptance of applications on API
- the solution of difficult questions with experts, users and projects
Marketing:
- work together with traffic - agency (trigger mailings, banners for contextual
advertising, distribution in social networks)
- creating push notifications on the site
- maintaining and user support in all social networks of the company
- creation of content for social networks, work with designers, producing of graphic
content (Facebook,Telegram, Twitter, Bitcointalk, Instagram, Reddit, LinkedIn)
- creation welcome- series for the involvement of users
- creation of excerpts from analytics on the website for sales department, the analysis
of the traffic - agency work
- creation of weekly, thematic mailings
Communications:
- all communications with experts
- resolution of conflicts between the experts and the estimated projects
- communications with Mass Media, comments, answering questions on behalf of the
platform
- collaboration over the press releases with the partners
Analytics:
- work on two analytical reports of the company
- selection and work with experts for the comments section
- work with designer
- work with Sales Manager
Duties:
- English - Advanced (both written and oral) - the mandatory requirement
- About 3 -5 years of experience in the Manager Position in Marketing sector
- Higher education
- Ability to work with the large amount of information
- Strong Managers Skills
