Deloitte is seeking a Consultant to join the Internal Client Services department in the Moscow office.

This is a unique opportunity to join an ambitious and focused Talent practice. You will be responsible for providing necessary learning support to the function, i.e. ensuring robust high-quality learning curriculum is in place for all grades.This role will help to promote a continuous learning culture within the Firm and assumes accountability for ensuring a consistent, high-quality learning experience for all employees.
The role will involve:
- Process planning and coordination, as well as working with junior specialists
- Developing approaches to solving analytical tasks as part of strategic projects; making key hypotheses and working out methodologies to review them
- Performing analytical tasks as part of strategic analysis and planning
- Performing analytical tasks as part of projects related to company operations, including financial modeling and scenario analysis
- Conducting research surveys and preparation of various reports based on the respective findings
- Conducting interviews/strategic sessions with top management.
Requirements:
- University degree in economics/technics (one of the major universities)
- Multitasking and tight timing
- Ability to set up priorities and deal with complex tasks
- Advanced analytical skills (formulating applied conclusions based on analysis outcomes)
- At least 2 years of experience in project management, partnership development, business development, business analysis, finance, marketing and/or at least 1 year of experience in management consulting (only major companies, including Big 4)
- Vast knowledge and expertise
- Financial analysis and modeling skills
- Good speaking and writing skills, including an ability to clearly prove your point of view
- Public speaking experience, including presentation drafting
- Advanced PC user (Microsoft Office, MS Excel, Power Point)
