As an international family business in the plasma industry, we are proud of this: our products can save lives. We have strong European roots and are growing continuously. Therefore, we are looking for Corporate Senior Project Manager , who will be leading a global project for Russia. Please pay attention that the Candidate will be expected to relocate/travel to Vienna for a one-year training period to gain knowledge and experience in the Company’s processes and technologies. Following this experience, the candidate will relocate to Skopin, Ryazan Oblast to oversee the implementation of the project there.

Your tasks are diverse – from management of large investment projects to the design and discussion of technical concepts to negotiation with suppliers and contractors. This includes:
- Lead of international cross-functional project team;
- Responsibility for interface management between projects and programs;
- Risk and requirements management;
- Claim and change management;
- Facilitation of decision processes;
- Supervision of technical development especially in regards to Russian regulations and technical conditions.
What we expect? - Completed University degree in Mechanical or Process Engineering or extensive practical experience;
- At least 5 years of working experience as Project Manager (PMP certification is beneficial);
- Experience in large investment projects;
- PFDs and design drawings are well known for you;
- Experience in the plasma industry or any other highly regulated industry would be a plus;
- Very good communication skills both in Russian and English. German in addition is an advantage;
- Willingness to travel up to 40%.
