Role description:
Project manager for Lamoda’s new Fulfillment Center development project – our new fulfilment center should be built, automated and then launched in Q2 2020 near Moscow (you will work from Moscow).
Level of reporting = CEO-3 (reporting to Deputy COO of Lamoda Group).
You will be a key driving force behind the project. Your main responsibilities will be:
- Managing timeline, flag risks
- Managing providers on automation, construction (together with construction manager), landlord
- Managing / coordinating / organizing people from various departments within Lamoda
- Work on Excel tables and models, analyze the numbers & make conclusions
- Work on communication materials for interaction within and outside Lamoda, including international investors and Lamoda’s parent holding company top management
- Work with a “can do” attitude and make things happen!
You will be a part of a small and effective team working together with a project leader (Deputy COO of Lamoda Group), construction manager & automation engineers and providers (broker, landlord, developer, automation provider, other service providers)
We require:
- University Degree
- 1-3 years of experience: Project management in WH logistics & automation / FC opening
- P&L and Problem solving
- Fluent English (written and oral).
- Mng skills: execution and leadership
- Knowledge of the Office Package (mainly Excel)
- Ownership & drive
- Logic thinking
- Seniority
