The Human Resources Director position is open for an IT company, a stable growing provider of web and mobile development services .
HRD reports to the company’s CEO and will be responsible for managing, development and operating within following areas:
- recruiting and staffing;
- HR policy development and documentation;
- analysis, reporting , planning within HR related topics;
- organization development;
together with resource managers is responsible for:
- employee retention, development, and training;
- compensation and benefits administration.
HRD heads 3 departments within the company's organizational structure; in total ~15 direct subordinates
Qualifications and Skills:
- 7+ years of experience in human resources
- 1+ years in HRD (or similar position )
- Experience in developing organization strategies by establishing human resources objectives that match organizational objectives
- Experience in establishing and monitoring benefit packages such as compensation, health insurance, vacation time, etc.
- Experience in developing financial strategies and budgets; developing action plans; measuring and analyzing results
- Experience in establishing and updating procedures, methods, policies, and guidelines
- Ability to foresee, prevent and handle the issues
- Upper-Intermediate English for written communication and documentation.
