Duties:

• Maintaining contacts with customers. Interaction with customers on all issues of serial and pre-series product deliveries
• Interaction with all departments of plants in order to ensure the most effective communication on all issues of providing the customer with serial and pre-production products
• Administration of the Change Management process
• Control over prices and compliance with contractual conditions
• Negotiation with clients on the terms of the contract
• Continuous work on improving the budget performance of projects
• Control over the budget for the sale of the company's products and analysis of the reasons for possible deviations.
• Participation in the work of project teams, preparation of presentations and detailed explanations.
• Participation in the RFQ process. Preparation of documentation, assistance in the preparation of calculations.
• Interaction with production and logistics departments to ensure the most effective plan for the realization of finished products in accordance with all customer requirements.
• Administration of project data.
• Adherence to specific customer requirements, based on a series of international industry standards for quality management, environmental management, occupational safety and health management

Requirements:

• Higher education
• Foreign languages: English upper-intermediate, knowledge of additional foreign language (German, French) is an advantage
• Experienced PC user
• High organizational skills
