We are looking for Tresuary Manager to join our Client company.

Reporting to the CFO Manages and monitors Treasury processes by performing financial planning. Oversees that transactions are correctly debited and credited, eventually investing any cash surpluses locally/regionally, ensuring that required funds are obtained with the best rates and terms and monitoring the evolution of debts. Ensures policies and procedures meet Company’s objectives and needs.

Main Responsibilities

1. Formulates short-term financial plans and provides input for long-term financial planning.
2. Oversees financial transactions, including investment of any cash surpluses locally/regionally.
3. Releases payments through electronic platforms after having adequately checked their correctness.
4. Ensures that required funds are obtained under the most favorable rates and terms and monitors the evolution of debt.
5. Assesses investment options available in the market.
6. Issues bank reports for the region in an accurate and timely manner.
7. Maintains a commercial relationship with different financial entities and acts as primary contact with the legal and tax advisors.
8. Executes the dividend distribution policy monitoring compliance with financial policies governing the flow of dividends.
9. Complies with Company policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
10. Proactively motivates, coaches, communicates with, develops his /her staff, and manages HR related activities in line with Human Resources norms and procedures. Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area.

Skill Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Previous experience: 3-5 years
• Experience in treasury management preferably in multinational companies
• Proven working knowledge of local banking industry rules and regulations
• Experience with Russian multinational companies (experience in oil&gas sector is a plus)
• MsOffice (Excel knowledge; pivots); financial software systems (SAP knowledge is a plus; internal system under definition)
• English: advanced.
• Available to travel in the first 4-6 months.
