Main objective:
The main purpose of the position is to contribute to reach the overall operational and financial goals for the Production Unit. Through fulfilling all the main responsibilities, this role will support the execution of key activities and ensuring the performance according to expectation.
To ensure within the business operations area that the Production Unit Moscow is operating as efficiently and effectively as possible. Making best use of resources, technology and opportunities available anchored from global processes and systems with focus on Enquiry to Delivery Process, IT systems, Services, Quality and Logistics including related areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Period end Reports & analysis
- Comment on period performance, perform recurring analysis & present findings
- Business Partnering
- Contribute in the management team. Build strong relationships and network with key stakeholders
- Perform analysis & monitoring
- Continuously monitor performance and provide proactive ad-hoc analysis of current issues
- Provide recommendations & drive decision making
- Financial perspective on operational issues. Support key business decision with fact based analysis and simulation
- Drive performance management
- Structured way of identifying improvement potential, agree upon activities and follow-up result
- Strategic Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting
- Business planning activities with different horizons
- Contribute to Business control community
- Contribute to networks in Business control by sharing knowledge & good practices and support competence development
Requirements:
- Higher education, specialization in Finance or/and Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business controlling position in large matrix organization (preferable)
- Very high integrity and self-motivation, pro-activeness
- Knowledge and skills in finance, pricing and profitability management
- Ability to handle a high work load and a flexible work and travel schedule
- Knowledge and skills in using digital tools
- Ability to build and cultivate cross functional teams
- High level presentation skills
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Self-propelling with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workloads to meet strict deadlines
- Leadership qualities
- Designing and measuring KPI's (financial and operational)
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in Commercial or Business Operations management, Supply Chain Management, Service Desk Management or International exposure will be an advantage
