We are now looking for a Temporary Project Manager for Business Operations in Russia to execute and deliver projects to improve operational and sales efficiency in the Russian market. This role can be filled as a secondment or fixed term opportunity.
Job summary
In this role you will lead, manage and drive projects and initiatives focused on Business Operations within Russia such as Customer Services, Business Support, Business Technology and QEHS. You will ensure successful implementation and change management by monitoring performance and using a proactive approach to ensure improvements meet or exceeds customer and other stakeholders’ expectations. You will develop solutions and processes to support sales transformation within Business Operations and be proactive with producing new customer focused ideas that can be developed and implemented within the business. You influence teams and work closely with the key stakeholders to ensure priorities are being managed and implemented per plan.
Your profile
You have a degree or equivalent experience in Sales Operations and/or Project Management. You possess good organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workload. You have a customer-oriented approach which will enhance the customer experience and are committed to quality sales support. You are proactive with an ability share new ideas and innovative proposal which will contribute to future development. You are proficient in Microsoft Office software and possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written in Russian and English.

You will report to the Business Operations Manager of Sales Area North Europe. Your will work in a close collaboration with the SANE Business Operations Project Manager and with the Russian local team.
Please note that this is a temporary project work for the period of 8-10 months.
