Deloitte is seeking a Junior Lawyer to join the In House Legal Department within the Internal Client Services at the Moscow office.

In-House Legal in Moscow is responsible for (a) review of the contracts between Deloitte and its clients; (b) review of contracts between Deloitte and Deloitte’s vendors (i.e. those companies that provide services to Deloitte); (c) advising Deloitte management on various legal issues, including compliance, etc.

The role will involve:

  • Research on various legal issues
  • Updating contract templates
  • Admin. support for In-House Legal department
  • Cooperating with front-office departments and third parties on legal issues
  • Participation in the various legal projects
  • Opportunity to work with an experienced team and participation in extensive training and development programs

Requirements:

  • A recent law school graduate
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Good knowledge of Russian civil law
  • Attention to details and high level of responsibility
  • Extensive computer skills (Excel, Word, Garant or Consultant)
  • Ability to learn
  • Good written and spoken English, business correspondence
  • All candidates must have full travel mobility and the right to live and work in Russian Federation.
