We’re looking for a detail-oriented Supply Engineer to join our team. In this role, you’ll manage different parts of our glazing projects and make sure everything runs smoothly. Your knowledge will be key to delivering high-quality results.
Responsibilities:

Working with AutoCAD
-
Reviewing client drawings and estimates to make sure everything matches the order details and latest measurements.

Keeping track of changes in estimates and documents. Working closely with project managers, sales managers, and designers to fix any issues.

Starting production processes: setting up glass orders, checking hardware availability, and ordering any custom hardware or materials if needed.

Monitoring costs for glass, hardware, custom products, and services.

Searching for and working with new suppliers.

Providing prices and other info for budgeting, including standard and custom solutions.

Helping sales, project managers, and designers figure out if certain solutions are doable.

Managing inventory levels.

Helping the warehouse team check if parts and products match what’s shown in production drawings.

Making sure technical documents and component orders are prepared on time for container arrivals.

Ordering consumables for the installation team and warehouse (based on calls).

Following up with suppliers about order status and solving any issues with delivery or pickup to warehouses across the U.S.
Requirements:
- Experience in AutoCAD or ability to learn it at a basic level.
- Strong written English skills for communication with suppliers and colleagues B2-С1 (primarily speaking).
- Russian fluent.
- High technical literacy for understanding and interpreting drawings.
- Attention to detail and analytical skills for checking drawings, final estimates, and tracking changes in measurements.
- Effective communication skills for interaction with project managers, sales managers, and designers in addressing issues and ensuring project success.
- Interaction with suppliers and negotiation skills.
- Flexibility to handle various tasks, starting from preparing technical documentation to ordering components.
