REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Business Administration / Commerce / Accounting or similar stream.
- At least 7 years of experience in a similar position in Procurement function preferably in Mining / Heavy Industry/ Oil&Gas / Construction.
- Knowledge of the database of Russian suppliers and contacts.
- Knowledge of Major Suppliers (International & Regional) of materials & engineering. equipment used for mining projects / processing plants / heavy industries.
- Knowledge of the region through experience working with other cultures and people.
- High ethical and professional standards of business conduct.

Knowledge of 1C, Prism or similar ERP.

Advanced knowledge of office MS-programs (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).

English - advanced level.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sourcing and procurement of goods using acceptable procurement practices in a timely manner from the open market.
- Gathering of information about possible goods suppliers and service providers.
- Carrying out market researches on the goods suppliers and service providers.
- Comparative analysis of the bids, organization of technical and commercial evaluation of the bids.
- Reviewing and negotiating procurement/contractual terms and conditions for completeness and accuracy and achieving the best value.
- Liaison with other departments to determine requirements and obtain specifications on goods to be procured.
- Applying Procurement performance metrics in support of the overall Procurement strategy.
- Evaluation of improvement opportunities;
- Ensuring compliance with internal and external policies and regulations and anti-corruption policy.

Work schedule: Monday-Friday: from 9 am till 6 pm.
