THE ROLE
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary technical programs from concept to delivery. This is not a traditional PM role - you’ll be deeply embedded in architecture discussions, technical trade-off decisions, and orchestration of cross-functional teams delivering bleeding-edge products.
You’ll bridge product vision and technical execution, ensuring that complex systems are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest quality - while keeping business impact front and center.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Technical Leadership & Coordination
- Translate product vision into executable technical roadmaps;
- Facilitate architectural decision-making sessions across DevOps, ML, engineering, and creative tech teams;
- Oversee delivery of multi-region cloud platforms, enterprise integrations, and AI model orchestration systems;
- Balance priorities between technical debt, feature delivery, and security requirements.
Project Execution & Risk Management
- Own end-to-end delivery plans, including scope, milestones, dependencies, and resources;
- Identify architectural bottlenecks and proactively design mitigation strategies;
- Drive pilot-to-production frameworks for smooth global rollouts.
Cross-Functional & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate between engineering, creative, and business teams to align priorities;
- Translate technical updates into business impact reports for stakeholders;
- Ensure change management best practices-training, documentation, and adoption programs.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Skills & Experience Profile
- Technical Competence - Deep understanding of orchestration systems, enterprise integration patterns, and distributed architectures. AI/MLOps experience is a plus;
- Product Mindset - Able to own a roadmap and connect technical choices to ROI;
- Program Leadership - History of managing multi-disciplinary, multi-team programs in high-stakes environments;
- Domain Expertise - Experience in M&E production, game dev pipelines, or enterprise tech rollouts;
- Change Management - Skilled at accelerating adoption and mitigating operational risk.
Soft + Technical Hybrid Skills
- Systems thinking - Sees the entire technical ecosystem, not just individual components;
- Risk management - Flags potential delivery or scalability issues early;
- Business-value awareness - Connects every engineering choice to measurable outcomes.
IDEAL BACKGROUND
- Senior Program Manager / TPM from a cloud platform or large SaaS product company;
- Engineering Manager who moved into delivery while keeping strong technical depth;
- DevOps/MLOps lead with proven track record of orchestrating complex programs;
- Technical Product Manager in Game Tech with enterprise-scale delivery experience.
TECHNOLOGIES YOU WLL WORK WITH
- Cloud: Multi-region deployments;

- Architecture: Microservices, CQRS, distributed systems;
- MLOps: AI model lifecycle management, observability tooling;
