General (operational) manager (Privat residence in Crimea)
Duties and responsibilities:
• Make sure that all areas of a residence environment run smoothly and work together successfully.
• Creation and introduction of system of standards of service;
• Building the employees team who are effectively working for achievement of the planned results;
• Managing budgets and financial plans as well as controlling expenditure;
• Forecasting of revenues, marginal profit, traffic, average check and others KPI project;
• Analysis of the actual commercial indicators of the project, identify the potential income growth
• Competitive analysis of a situation in the market, forecasting of trends;
• Targeting new markets to increase interest in the hotel and attract more clients
• To provide the development of assortment, price and service policy in the project within the approved marketing strategy;
• Control of the organization of system of planning marketing and PR - actions (calendar and thematic plans) at restaurants. Their realization: management, control, efficiency assessment;
Skills:
• Holding a degree or diploma in relevant subjects (management, hospitality, and leisure studies)
• Six year experience at a similar position in the international hotels
• Awareness of business and key issues
• Experience of creating local normative documents, politician and procedures;
• Negotiating experience
• Good leadership skills
• Social and personal maturity
• Creativity and creative thinking;
• High administrative skills, ability to work with different types of employees;
• Should be result oriented
• The ability to remain calm under pressure; flexibility;
• the ability to think clearly and make quick decisions;
• Well-developed people skills: positive thinking, good team player;
• High self-motivation
