The main responsibilities of the position are:
- To monitor and develop Clarins presence in Tik Tok, VK, Dzen social media;
- Day-by-day communication with influencers of Tik Tok, VK, Dzen social media;
- Daily monitoring trends and opportunities for collaboration with influencers in different social media;
- Preparation of product send-outs for influencers and media, coordination of delivery with secretary;
- Control the stock of products available for seedings to influencers and press (PR), arrange the orders of goods to the office from the warehouse;
- Daily monitoring of social media – Instagram, YT, Tik Tok, Telegram, Dzen, VK and saving publications with Clarins mentions;
- Collaboration with authors of products-review websites: kosmetista.ru, irecommend.ru, otzovik.ru – communication and initiation of reviews of Clarins products by the authors available in brand’s database, constant monitoring of new authors and opportunities for Clarins;
- Daily updating influencer’s database;
- Media monitoring (print and online traditional media);
- Reporting: coordination of influencer tracker on daily basis, preparation of clipping reports, monthly reports, slides for internal and external presentations.
Education/Degree:
- Higher education, specialist/bachelor/master with preferences in journalism, PR, sociology.
Background:
- Not less then 1 year of relevant experience in PR and Influencer marketing in fashion, beauty, lifestyle industries.
Technical skills:
- Fluent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams and etc)
- Fluent in Google (Sheets, Docs, Presentation)
- As a plus: fluent in Share Point
- Active user of social media, interest to fashion, lifestyle, beauty industries
Languages:
- English, fluent
