We seek a Team Lead with a strong technical background and proven leadership experience to join our growing company. The ideal candidate will guide a team of skilled developers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality SaaS platforms and hybrid solutions. This role requires a balance of hands-on technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and alignment with the product team.
Location:

Based in the center of Israel.

Hybrid work model after the first 3 months (2+ days per week in the office).
Responsibilities:
-
Lead a development team starting with 4 members and expanding to 6.
-
Oversee the development of SaaS platforms and hybrid solutions, ensuring adherence to project timelines, estimates, and quality standards.

Collaborate closely with the product team to align technical deliverables with business goals.

Mentor middle and senior developers, fostering technical growth and problem-solving skills.

Drive team productivity, focusing on cohesive teamwork rather than individual performance.

Ensure implementation of adaptive Agile methodologies to manage and deliver projects.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions.
Must-Have Qualifications:

Java development experience: At least 8 years of hands-on experience.

Management experience: At least 3 years leading development teams.

Fluent in Hebrew.

Strong Spring framework expertise: Deep understanding of Spring-based solutions.

Cloud architecture knowledge: Proven experience designing and building cloud-based solutions.

English proficiency: Strong communication skills in English (advantageous).
Preferred Qualifications (Advantages):

Experience with AWS, cloud-native architecture, and microservices.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, RabbitMQ, Redis, and Kafka.

Experience in adaptive Agile methodologies.

Coaching-oriented leadership style, capable of mentoring middle and senior-level developers.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially with the product team.

Обязательные требования:
- Свободное владение ивритом и английским языком
- Опыт разработки на Java: не менее 8 лет практического опыта.
- Опыт управления командами разработки не менее 3 лет.
- Отличное понимание решений на базе Spring.
- Знание облачной архитектуры: подтверждённый опыт проектирования и создания облачных решений.
