The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Consultant / Recruiter to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in our continued growth and success. On this position, you will work closely with the Founder of the agency, gaining valuable insights and expertise to become a well-known expert in the industry.

Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their unique needs and objectives. Collaborate with clients to develop effective recruitment strategies for mid-management and top-executive positions.

Talent Acquisition: Identify, attract, and engage top-tier candidates for our clients' positions. Utilize various sourcing methods, including networking, referrals, job boards, and direct outreach.

Candidate Assessment: Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates'
qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for client organizations. -
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Use this knowledge to provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations.

Business Development: Contribute to the growth of the agency by actively seeking new client opportunities, expanding existing client relationships, and participating in business development activities.
